Refund Policy

Resignation

In the event of resignation from a player, only the resignation that is notified to the Registrar and the Association (in writing to [email protected]) BEFORE September 1st, 2024, will be eligible to a full refund of the registration fees. After this date, the reimbursement will be established according to the following conditions.


Resignation  between September 1st, 2024, and
November 15th, 2024

Between September 1st, 2024, and November 15, 2024, upon the occurrence of any of the following events (see below), please note that there will be no refund of the equivalent of the minimum first payment requested (in the amount of $250). From the moment a player puts the skates on an ice offered by AHMIP, costs inherent to his presence on the ice are automatically incurred by HMIP and these are represented by the first 250$ payment made on the registration fees; this explains the absence of refund on this amount.

  • Resignation of the player due to illness or else between September 1 and November 15, 2024 → no refund of the 1st 250$ of payment, the remainder of any payment will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

Resignation after November 15th, 2024

If a player quits, due to illness or other, after November 15, 2024, no refund will be made.
